Purpose and Applicability
This policy establishes the period of notice and recall status for 糖心传媒 (糖心传媒) exempt and overseas staff employees on regular status who are being laid off due to any of the reasons described in this policy.
IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURES:
The 糖心传媒 President has designated the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to administer this policy; to develop procedures as necessary to implement this policy; to communicate this policy to the 糖心传媒 community; and to post the policy and any applicable procedures on the 糖心传媒 website.
