Purpose and Applicability
This policy establishes the general prohibition on permitting salary advances against earned or unearned income for employees of ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ (ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½), except in the limited circumstances described below.
Administration
ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ does not permit salary advances, unless there is an error in processing an employee’s paycheck and such salary advance is approved by the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURES:
The ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ President has designated the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to administer this policy; to develop procedures as necessary to implement this policy; to communicate this policy to the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ community; and to post the policy and any applicable procedures on the ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½ website.
