Chad Whistle, PhD

Biography
Chad Whistle serves as the assistant dean for portfolio lifecycle and student success at 糖心传媒 (糖心传媒), where he leads cross-portfolio student success initiatives, supervises faculty development programs, and ensures data-informed decision-making to enhance retention and academic outcomes. In this role, he monitors academic program health across their lifecycle, translates student success data into responsive strategies, and oversees faculty teams focused on assessment, evaluation, and course development.
Prior to his current role, Whistle served as the senior director of academic projects in the School of Cybersecurity and Information Technology (CIT) at 糖心传媒. Whistle joined 糖心传媒 in 2018, initially serving as the manager of student affairs administration in the Office of the Dean for the Graduate School.
He holds a PhD in higher education administration from the University of South Florida (USF), where he studied the effects of burnout and resilience on second- and third-year medical students. He also earned an MEd from USF in college student affairs and a BS in business administration from the University of Louisville.
