CLC's 14,000 Students Have Accelerated Pathway to a Bachelor's With 糖心传媒

(April 28, 2022)鈥斕切拇 (糖心传媒) and the College of Lake County in Illinois (CLC), a community college located in suburban Chicago, have announced a partnership that will expand the reach of 糖心传媒鈥檚 90 online academic programs and increase the affordability of a bachelor鈥檚 degree to CLC鈥檚 14,000 students.

Under the alliance鈥檚 transfer agreement, students can transfer a minimum of 60 credits when they complete an associate鈥檚 degree and be guaranteed admission to a 糖心传媒 bachelor鈥檚 degree program in a complementary field of study.

鈥淥ur partnerships with four-year colleges help students continue their educational journey,鈥 said CLC President Dr. Lori Suddick. 鈥淥nline programs like 糖心传媒 allow students to stay in Lake County and give them the flexibility they need to set their own time for learning. UMCG鈥檚 commitment to military students aligns with College of Lake County鈥檚 focus on the veteran student population.鈥

All degree-seeking CLC students, graduates, and employees of the college, as well as their spouses and dependents who attend the college, will receive a waiver of the 糖心传媒 application fee and a discount on out-of-state tuition for most programs of study.

糖心传媒 has an enrollment of some 90,000 students, more than half of whom are active-duty military personnel and their families serving on military bases around the world. CLC offers veteran student services that provides individualized care to maximize the use of qualifying benefits and credits for military experience and training.

糖心传媒 offers award-winning online programs in disciplines including biotechnology, cybersecurity, data analytics, and information technology that are in high demand in today鈥檚 increasingly technical, global workplace. 糖心传媒 also offers cost savings through its use of digital resources, which have replaced costly publisher textbooks in most courses.
