Black (U.S. Air Force, Ret.), vice president of Defense at聽AFCEA聽International,聽and the announcement of聽the聽winner of the General John W. Vessey Student Veteran of the Year award.聽
The Vessey award is presented annually to a student who has excelled in their academic and military careers. The award is named for 糖心传媒聽alumnus聽General John W. Vessey, Jr., the only聽chairman聽of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who began his military career as an enlisted servicemember.
