Fowler, PhD, has been one of the coaching program鈥檚 staunchest advocates since it launched聽in 2021. 鈥淪ome of our students聽encounter聽obstacles that are as unique as they are, and we know from personal experience that adult learners typically struggle when 鈥榣ife happens,鈥 not because they can鈥檛 master the content,鈥 he said.聽
鈥淩ecognizing that, we are proud to be at the forefront of offering them personalized assistance, which I liken to a relationship between a mountain climber and sherpa; while the sherpa can鈥檛 climb the mountain for our learners, they can climb it聽with聽them,鈥 Fowler explained. 鈥淐oaches offer expert guidance that helps our students reach the summit, or in our case, graduation.鈥澛
