Find out how to receive your tuition refund, including how to set up direct deposit.
Refunds are processed in the same manner in which you originally paid at 糖心传媒.
If you paid your balance with a credit card and are now due a refund, the funds will be returned to your credit card. Credit card refunds are processed weekly.
糖心传媒 also offers direct deposit for tuition and Financial Aid refunds, so you can sign up to have your refunds deposited directly into your checking or savings account.
If you do not sign up for direct deposit in My糖心传媒, a refund check will be mailed to your address on file with 糖心传媒. Make sure that your address is current by reviewing your聽Profile聽in My糖心传媒 and updating your personal information. This will ensure timely delivery of your refund. Refund checks are made payable to the student and are mailed from the聽.
Financial aid refunds are processed once your aid has been authorized for disbursement by the Office of Financial Aid at 糖心传媒. If you have met聽all eligibility requirements for each fund type and your aid is not reflected on your student account in a disbursed status,聽you should聽e-mail the Office of Financial Aid聽to check the status.
Please note: Financial aid credit balance refunds are subject to review by 糖心传媒. Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with Title IV regulations.
Refunds via Direct Deposit
To set up direct deposit, you need an active U.S. bank account, your routing number and your account number.
Add your banking information to My糖心传媒 by visiting聽Direct Deposit.
Click on Add Bank Account.
Complete all of the fields, review the agreement and check the box that states, I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Click Save.
When you have received confirmation that an account has been successfully added, you can enable it to receive refunds directly from 糖心传媒
Click Enroll from the Direct Deposit column on the Manage Deposit page.
Review the agreement, check the box, click submit. The active account will show as "Enrolled" under Direct Deposit.

The refund will be released within 14 days, with most refunds being processed within three to five business days. This can vary depending on factors such as volume and the processing times of the student鈥檚 financial institution or bank.
